First 30 days!!!
So 1 month ago I decided to et fit, be healthy, and get the body that I want. I started jogging, exercising, and eating healthy. I haven’t being doing as much as I thought I could do, so the process is going slower, but I am healthier that’s for sure.
I started at 186 and today I am in 175-176 (it varies lol). So about 10 pounds in 30 days.
I apologize for the pictures, they are still not attractive, but someday they will be.
From what I can see, I still need to push myself to do more arms. It;s hard to work out alone though.
Well, that’s that. Soon it will be a sexy comparison! lol
I just had my first binge
I dont like it.
I ate 4 cookies. I guess it’s not that bad. Still, I’ve been doing very good. I shallwork out today!
Bipolar moments in my day to day
When I work out or jog I feel great about myself and confident. But then when I remember how I look, or when I see myself in the mirror, everything just falls apart. I get angry at myself at the fact that it took me so long for me to care about my body. It’s going to take at least a year before I start getting anywhere near the body that I want.
I don’t like being unattractive. I can’t wait for the inverse of this post, when I talk about when I felt terrible about myself but that at that moment I am feeling and looking great. Till then, I just hate ugly self.
It’s been a bit unfortunately. I jogged today 3.2 miles. I need to get to 4 miles none stop jogging. And I hit the gym and worked mostly on chest and triceps.
Breakfast: Waffle and 1/2 muscle milk (banana flavor)
Lunch: Sushi (Dynomite Roll, Mango Mexican Roll)
Dinner: Muscle milk (banana flavor)
I usually eat more, but I didn’t have that much time. I don’t starve myself. But I don’t eat as much as before, my stomach has shrunk, so that’s good. But I want to make it clear, I am not starving myself.
Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to do more than today. I still looking for a partner in LA (LA fitness membership preferred).

Yesterday I worked out during the day. Mainly focused on my shoulders and triceps (I think). I was watching true blood the whole day, and I would stop ever 10 minutes and get the little weight set my roommate owns, and did some exercises for my shoulders and triceps (I’ll look for the names of them soon), and back to watching true blood, and again doing the same exercises.
The whole day was essentially that, then around 9:30p I went for my jog with my roommate. Unfortunately, we ended up walking a lot cuz something happend to Zombies, Run! app and crashed for both of us, and we had to start again, so we ran about 0.7 miles that didnt count, we restarted and then jogged a bit more but got tired and walked, and tried again. Wasn’t a really successful jog. So I’d say we jogged about 1 mile and then walked another mile (probably more, but I rather think of it like this so today I get motivation to beat the crap out of yesterday).
For food, I ate pistachios from 9a-10:30a while watching true blood (not as much as it sounds, it was like 1 ever 15 minutes). For lunch I made my Mango Banana milkshake (this time used almond milk, much more healthy and tasted delicious!). For dinner I actually didn’t have anything. I wasn’t that hungry to be honest, a little but it was already after the jog, I was tired, so I could go to sleep. During the day I snacked a total of 15 rice cakes.
Later tonight I will post the weekly picture, and I might add all the food pictures I took of the food I ate this past week.
