I apologize for the lack of post this weekend

I had to work 72 hours straight, so I didnt get home till last night and I knocked the hell out. I was able to go for a shirt jog yesterday atleast. I manage to eat healthy at work, but I can see how it will be difficult in the future. 

Today I will jog again and will see if i can find someone to go to the gym with. 

Only a few more days till my official first month is over (this friday) and I will tae a picture and compare it to my first pic. There wont be too much of a difference, but I wanna see it anyways. I am sure that, though it wont be sexy, there will be some differences. 

I just got from the groceries and I bought a bunch of different fish and sea food, so this week is sea food week, lol. 

August 9 2012, yesterday

I wasnt able to jog yesterday :( But I did an hour at the gym. Worked on Biceps, chest, and shoulders. 

Today I will make sure I jog at least 2 miles. 

food a bunch of protein shakes. NOt that thats my diet, but I was at a friends and thats all he gave me. 

Today Ima check when I started this blog so I can make a 1 month before and after. Not that I look any better at all, but just to have. 

I wasn’t able to work out last night

I feel terrible since I ate McDonalds, but I got home around midnight after work. I was way too tired to work out. So today I am planning on pushing my limits a bit. Not sure if I’ll be able too, but I will try. I think I will jog a bit longer/further, and I think I will do 2 rounds of my exercises (as in do the whole thing once and then repeat it). I would just do it all together but I don’t think I can do as many pushups straight up, same with everything else. That should still work, right? Let’s hope so. If I survive this today, then I will try and do it every day that I work out. 

Wish me luck! I will update tonight my usual stuff, with pics and food and such.
